While working as a personal trainer, I learnt that being a fitness coach isn’t just about building a training plan or teaching a class. It’s about sharing knowledge, mentoring and helping individuals create their own fitness journey and ultimately reach their goals.

She is always punctual and prepared, I'm working towards a holiday, so she put together a twelve week program designed specifically around me and my goals.The sessions themselves are always planned so you progress in accordance to your program and she always pushes for you to get the most out of the session. We always warm up and cool down, which I know some personal trainers can miss off. Even at the eight week point I can see results as my body and fitness levels have changed considerably in terms of body tone, recovery time and posture.
